We provide specialized back-office support and operational staffing strictly for the US supply chain and logistics industry. We build dedicated teams of Logistics Coordinators, Truck Dispatchers, and Documentation Specialists who act as a seamless extension of your US-based office.

EZ Falcons exclusively supports businesses in the US supply chain and logistics industry, including:

  • NVOCC
  • Freight Forwarding
  • Trucking Companies & Owner Operators
  • Shipping Lines / Agents
  • Customs Brokers
  • Logistics Accounting & Financial
  • Warehouse & Distribution
  • Logistics Startups

We do not hire generic virtual assistants. We are a logistics-focused firm. Our team members undergo rigorous training and testing on US logistics standards, including FMC regulations, HOS (Hours of Service) rules, Incoterms, and customs compliance (ISF, AMS/ACE).

We believe in simple, transparent pricing. You pay a flat rate of $1,600 per month for a dedicated, full-time professional (40 hours per week). This rate is all-inclusive. We cover their payroll taxes, health benefits, and office equipment. There are no hidden fees.

Data security is our top priority. Our staff work in supervised, secure facilities with enterprise-grade IT infrastructure. We enforce strict data policies—including disabled USB ports and restricted local downloads—to ensure your carrier rates and customer information remain strictly confidential. Every team member signs a binding Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

Just like you communicate with your in-house staff! We set up our team members with US VoIP phone numbers, and they are always available on your preferred communication channels, including Microsoft Teams, Slack, Zoom.

No. They come to you already trained in logistics.

  • What they already know: Logistics terms, how to track containers, and how to use the software.
  • What you will show them: Just your company's specific daily routines (like your email formats or how you name your folders).
